Michael J. Sugameli
Michael J. Sugameli has resided in Southeast Michigan for his entire adult life. He attended the University of Detroit where he earned his Bachelor of Science in 1971 and his Master of Business Administration in 1974. He was working as a foreign exchange trader for NBD while he attended the Detroit College of Law where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 1978. He was admitted to the Michigan Bar that same year.
As an attorney, Michael Sugameli has worked for a number of law firms as associate and as partner. He is one of the founding members of Sugameli Law. He practices law in a broad range of areas including small business issues, acquisitions, employment, contracts, corporate planning, estate planning, family law, mergers, personal injury, real estate and other general civil matters. For over 30 years, Michael Sugameli has been an Instructor for business law and real estate courses at Oakland University. He has also taught similar classes at University of Detroit and Walsh College. Michael Sugameli is a member of the Michigan Bar Association, Oakland County Bar Association and the Italian American Bar Association. He is a case evaluator for the Oakland County Circuit Court, and he lectures on estate planning issues, negotiation techniques and general business issues. |
